Last updated: July 8, 2026. Operated by Kévin Psalmon ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@catopia.app.

By downloading or using Catopia ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's Standard EULA, which is incorporated by reference and supplemented by these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account).

3. Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

4. Virtual items and currencies

The app includes virtual currencies and items (e.g. coins, fish, balls, Golden Bells, cosmetics). These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are non-transferable. Purchases of virtual items are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or Apple's policies. We may adjust, expire, or discontinue virtual items.

5. Acceptable use

Do not cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the app, and do not submit unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Advertising

The free version may display ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
